Entitlement Reports

Bango provides the following entitlement reports to help you with reconciliation and data analysis:

This report lists all entitlements that were in a status of ACTIVE at the end of the reporting period. Click here to view the report format.

This report lists all entitlements that changed status during the reporting period. The status shown in the report is the status the entitlement was in at the end of the reporting period. Click here to view the report format.

This report lists all entitlements that have changed during the reporting period. This includes but is not limited to status changes. It also includes e.g. productKey changes. An entitlement could appear multiple times in the report. Click here to view the report format.

This report groups entitlements by productKey and status, showing total numbers of entitlements in each status, and the number of entitlements that moved to each status in the reporting period. Click here to view the report format.

These reports can be generated daily, weekly and/or monthly depending on your preference, and are published to a dedicated Amazon S3 bucket for you to access. Our support team will provide you with the url and credentials to access your S3 bucket.

Reports are split by route, and your S3 bucket has sub-folders designed to organise your reports by partner and then by report frequency (daily, weekly, monthly): s3://{s3-bucket}/EntitlementReports/{partner}/{frequency}

Reports follow this naming convention: {report-type}_V1_{frequency}_{date}.csv
